How To Change Header Picture and automated Text? .....

Hi,

Am I using the Classipress them to create a niche classified ad website, but in order for my site to make sence I have to change the
header image and the auto-generated anamated text

I will insert an image of what I need to change

The search thing says thing like
Search for... bikes in San Francisco
Search for... cars in las Angeles
Search for...puppies in Parris
Search for...apartment in Tokyo

you get the idea

None of these will work with my niche

I have been searching blogs and youtube video trying to find the answer to this with no joy
If anyone can help I would be very much appreciated.
