How to disable auto hyperlinking or auto clickable linking when pasting a text url

I have searched everywhere but could not solve this problem which is regarding hyperlinks in Classipress.

How to disable auto hyperlinking or auto clickable linking when pasting a text url.

When an ad poster paste even a text url then it automatically gets converted into a clickable url link. I want to disable this feature.

I have already turned off the HTMl option in Classipress. But got no success in disabling this auto url creation thing.

The reason to why i want to disable is that i want to make my site safe and don't want to link to illegal sites. There is no way to manually check and remove such links. The auto linling may prove to be harmful for y site as it may link to some bad or wrong sites.
