How to get rid of some parts on my website?

Dear Sir:

I am testing my website using classipress theme on my local machine. All I want is a web site showing various ads and their belonged categories. I don't want blogs, or home page. Here is the current screen:

I want to replace the upper part("Classipress Premium Classified Ads Theme" Just another wordpress web site and the right grey block 468x60) with my web site name, like "ABC University Information Platform". How to do it?
I want to get rid of the right side Meta part, too. How to do it?

I want to get rid of the red bar('Home', 'Category', 'Post', 'Post an Ad'), while leave the button 'Post an Ad' somewhere else.

I want to get rid of the grey wording (home >> category) be gone, too.

Even the word 'Ad Categories' is redundant and I want to get rid of it, too.
