How do I make the followings changes? Is this possible?

I have a website, http://www.winkbird.com
I am trying to accomplish the following updates:
1. Change the background to a darker grey color.
2. Change the text of the header menu to black rather than white.
3. Instead of "post an ad" I want to rename it to "sell it" and have it neon blue.
4. Under member profile area I want to change verbiage from "ads" to "My items"
5. When something sells - seller clicks sold and price tag $ amount changes to sold.
6. I want the sold product to delete from the live feed after 1 day but can remain on the sellers profile for 1 month.
7. Non members should have capabilities to send message to seller without disclosing their email address (unless they choose to share it in the body of the message).
8. No emails should be shared unless they want to share it.
