    How to manage/order featured ads

    ClassiPress in theme description (Multiple Pricing Models) declares "In addition, you can charge an extra fee to be listed in the featured ads section"
    Some featured functions we can see: featured slider and featured ads are on top of search results.
    But there is no ability to manage, order featured ads. It is not included by default? Do we need some plugin?
