I currently have 7,495 user registered to my site. I have 5,000 more that I cannot upload using the "upload users by .csv" in the dashboard and I also added two plugins and they cannot add them either. I am not getting any messages saying that I have reached a maximum number of users I also made sure that there are zero duplicates. No username is allowed twice on the site and all usernames are email addresses. So they are all unique values.
