How do I remove the "blog" field and label from the menu bar

Hi

I don't want a blog page on my site. I tried deleting the blog field and label on my site by going to "pages" in wordpress and deleting it from there but it still exists on my classipress page. Is there somewhere else I am meant to deactivate or delete it from?
