How to restrict content to ad posters only

On one of my CP website I wish to restrict content of listings under a particular category to be visible only to the people whose ad has been published on the site.
Is there any plugin available that can help.
If not, please help in identifying which file displays the additional info box and if you can help with the line of code to check if the visitor has any ad published.
