Importing ads from a csv excel spreadsheet

Hi,

I am very confused about using the CSV importer for classipress,

I downloaded the excel examples, so the header row is all the Field titles and then the next rows are the values

But how do you assign which category those ads are going to go into

for example I have a parent category "Food" and the food parent category has as subcategory "Frozen Foods" - so how do I make the ads go into this "Frozen Foods" subcategory using the importer.

If there is a full description from start to finish of how to import from excel please let me know as I can not get this to work at all
