Importing Thousands

I am about to import a LOT of listings in classiestate child theme for classipress. Is it okay to just copy all of the meta names in classipress and use that as a field in my excel sheet? i noticed "zip code" is just that in the excel example that you provided in my classipress zip file, but in the custom field screen when I log in, the meta name for "zip code" is "cp_zipcode"

Also, do we need a specialty bulk import tool or should your import tool work fine?
