Install on IIS / New Release Info
Greetings Appthemes people,
I purchased the Classipress Ultimate edition during the pre-xmas sale and am awaiting the next release before implementing as I understand there will be significant changes in functionality.
I have a couple of questions if I may, does Classipress have issues running on IIS as I have read in other blogs? Does it really need an Apache server to run well?
As well - can you make it run similar to Craiglist - anonymous emails / flagging? For repeat posters are there account "packages" so users can buy multiple ads and / or create an account so that power users do not need to go through the Paypal process every time they make a post? Can I make only one / some categories / sub-categories "payable"?
Lastly - I assume it is "pretty close" to being released - true? (I don't expect a "real" answer as I understand the development process) Anything "really cool" you would care to mention about features in the new release?
Many thanks - and I would have posted this in pre-sales but for some reason the board would not let me have access. I have my sites loaded with
WP and a blog and RSS inputs from other sites to garner rank within Google before I migrate to Classipress when released.
