Issues with photo uploader

We are having issues with the image uploader.

1. For some reason when I add pics it will allow 1 photo then when I click on add image it won't respond so I can't ad multiple photos unless I edit the ad and save it after 1 photo is uploaded.

2. Instead of a country selection on the ad listing page can I have that for a phone number location instead?
