Linking directly to a specific form?

Hi there,

I'm looking to have a link / button that links directly to a type of form. Right now I have the, "Post an Add" button which takes users to the "Submit a Listing" page where they choose the category they want to post in. What i'm looking for is the ability to take users directly to the second step of making a listing, where a category has already been chosen. Is this possible?

For example, I would like one button which takes the user directly to the form for Category X and I would like another button which takes the user directly to the form for Category Y.
