logo customisation and theme appearance

Hi there, just setting up my Classipress page and have a couple of questions:

1) If I want to add my own logo is there a set pixel size, does it blend in to the background of the page... and I presume I would need to ftp the logo file to my Wordpress installation on the web server (novice you see!)

2) I have noticed on other sites that use Classipress they have different backgrounds etc. Where can I find these so I can really make my ads site different and stand out?

Okay...... one more......

3) If I wish to do some SEO and install a plug in like all in one SEO is this easy and will it interfere with my Classipress site?
