Membership packages based on featured listings

Hi,

Iam offering free submission on my classified site but I charge $5 for featured listings. Is it possible to create membership packages based on featured listings. I want my users to submit unlimited featured ads for a given period. My concern is when they check the featured listing option while submitting their ads they would be taken to the payment gateway page at the end which I don't want.

Is it possible that payment gateway is byepassed for the members.
