Membership Packs
I have some questions about Classipress that I can’t seem to find.
1.) Membership Packs – if the user renews their membership pack before it expires, will all their ads continue to be shown for the next membership cycle and is there any administrator involvement?
2.) What if the user misses their renewal of their membership before the expiration date? Once they do renew their Memberships Pack, can the user relist the ads they want on their own?
3.) I read on the settings page under membership “Please note that changing membership plans before your current membership expires will cancel your current membership with no refund.” Does that mean changing from Membership Pack A to Membership Pack C? And does that include having Membership Pack A and just renewing it?
4.) If you had a Membership Pack for 30 days, they have unlimited ads (Unless you purchase the plugin) during the 30. Ads posted on day 29 would expire the next day, correct?
