Mobile Device CSS Rendering

Hi, I am currently working on making Classipress load more quickly on Mobile Devices and for Printing Pages should visitors wish to print out an advert.

The problem I have is as follows;

I now have compressed

a. W3C style.css file
b. W3C media.css file
c. W3c print.css file.

In order to ensure rendering is BLOCKED when the website loads on a Mobile Device, I need to add the three different style sheets when the pages are called, I have looked in the header.php file, but there is no reference to the call for the style.css....

Can anyone tell me in which file Classipress calls up the stylesheet in order for me to edit it please.
