Multiple Currencies for Ad Items need help

while searching on google and on apptheme forum i came across to following tutorial, an apptheme tutorial

followed the exact step mentioned in tutorial, and i am using classipress 3.3
issue that i am facing is after posting Ad with currency selected, and when i publish Ad from Admin panel, this specific Ad will not display on user/front end.

this Ad not showing up on home page and not even in that specific Ad category list.

my query is, if there's any other setting other then this tutorial contains, need to care of please guide me a bit. or if any one facing the same problem please share your experience.
