Need Help for the basics

I've just install Classypress and can't managed how to be able to post an ads (for a visitor not for me) ?
Me when I click on post an ads nothing appear, I do not have an other page where you can select your category and registrer yourself ??
If you want t check by yourself you can go in easy-promarketing.com
You will see that nothing come when you click on post an ads and i do not know how to do.
