Need to Switch Classipress to a Different Web Site

Does anyone know if you need to delete your current Classipress web site first before switching to a new web site?

I have Classipress loaded perfectly on a subdomain, but I have a new domain specifically for the Classipress classifieds, but my version is for one web site only, and I need to know if you have to delete what you have first before installing it again. I already installed it, and then deleted it when I realized I'd have two sites with it.
