New ad vs renewed ad email alert title - CP 3.6
Hello everyone,

I noticed a while back that the email titles received for both, new ad listings and ad renewals, are the same:

[Website Name] New Ad Submission

Dear Admin,

The following ad listing has just been submitted on your website.

Ad Details

Is there a way to modify the Title and body text (at least the title) so we know the difference between a new ad submission and an Ad renewal?
If so, which files would involve this modification?
