    new user registered not receiving Welcome Email

    I bought classipress last month Nov. 24, 2016 to create me a Classified Ads site.

    When I installed it on my site http://www.gumbubbler.com, it is also not sending email notification to new user.

    I have followed several threads here and I have disabled all plugins.

    But still, classipress Welcome-email-notification to new user is not working.

    Please Help.
