Thread: new user role "None"

new user role "None"

Hi,

I am having many new users with user ROLE "None" displayed at each profile at Users >> User. They look like "spam" users. I have set "humanity math check" for users who want to login or register. Why is that happening? How can I prevent that from happening?

I can confirm that BackEnd-Settings >> General >> New User Default Role "Contributor" selected.
