    New users - no email received

    Just created a new user (myself) and I haven't received an email confirmation, but my profile is working on the website. What do I have to "check" for users to receive and email confirmation?

    Also - when I choose "forgot password" and enter my email - it tells me that there has been an error - see attached image. What should I do in this case? Many thanks..
