New Version Header Not Linking

Hey guys;

Within the new version I uploaded my header image and the homepage the image is clickable back to the link, but once I am on an ad and click it it just clicks to the ad page it is currently on. Is there a resolution for this or where can I go into the php files and just assign a link to the homepage image.
