    Number of Administrators does not match actual total

    In the Admin area, clicking on USERS shows a breakdown of:

    All (28) | Administrator (11) | Contributor (17)

    However, there are only 3 profiles with Admin status. And clicking the Administrator link lists only those 3.

    Any ideas why the header thinks there are 11?
