Page Attributes
I'm a bit of a newbie here with WP and this Theme so please excuse my new learning curve.

On the main horizontal menu, when I click on Contact, Manage, Submit, etc the page displays this message.

"If you are seeing this then you havent setup your page attributes in your wordpress admin."

I'm not quite sure what to do with this?
