Please HELP with custom form fields pop up box

I need help to figure out how to fix my custom forms. I was customizing forms to add things fields like number of bedrooms or to delete fields that I did not need such as country. It was working just fine and each time I made a change a pop-up box would appear asking me to confirm my choice to delete something from the form and I would have to click yes to confirm that. after a few times I noticed you could check a box on that pop-up that said "prevent this page from displaying this dialogue" so I checked the box because I was kind of sick of having to confirm my choice each time....but now when I go to make a change such as deleting a field from the form it won't make the change. when I click on the red X to delete the country for example, the pop up box no longer appears (which is what I was expecting) but also the change doesn't happen. so I am wondering how I can go back in and re-enable that pop up box or is there some other way to continue to make these changes on my forms? I am using WordPress 4.7.1 and classy press theme
