Post Ad button returns 404 error for all users except Admin & Editor

Hi all,

When not logged into Classifieds, the Post Ad button on the home page is returning a "404 page not found" error.
If already logged in, only the Admin and Editor roles are able to click the button and be forward to the create-listing page.

So if the user has the Contributor role, then they are given the "404 page not found" error.

I have deactivated all used plugins and with no plugins active, it still does the above.

not sure what has happened as it was working perfectly, then BOOM, this happens.
Nothing had changed other than a number of adverts posted to the website.
