Problem : Form Properties page
hi, there is a problem with a page: Form Properties at admin dashboard.
step 1 : I had Checked some of the available Categories for the form and then clicked "Save Changes" button.
step2 : returned to "Forms" page.
step 3 : When i select the "Edit Form properties" link the selected categories (in step 1) is unchecked.....all the categories is unchecked and the check box is empty.
do you have the same problem?
