reCaptcha not appearing on the login page

Hi.

reCaptcha doesn't appear on my login page, am I missing something?

Enable reCaptchas is checked.
reCpatcha keys (both) are inputted on the security page but still no reCapcha box?

Am I missing something obvious?


Also ....

I'd like to turn off moderating ads...but I'm afraid people will post sex ads, is there a section I can input banned words? for adverts?
