registration process

My request is maybe strange but please find below my request.

In my website I want to encourage the visitors to post and ad (it’s totally free in my case). So when they click on “post and ad” button (and when they don’t have any account), they get the message “ You must first login to post an ad listing”.

I would like to know (and hope it’s possible and not difficult) to permit first to the visitor to fill the form of his ad and at the end, ask them to choose one username and password to create his profile.
