Remove automatic Base URL tag for Categories and Listings

Hi,

I have a request to run the Custom Post Type & Taxonomy Base URLs as per our needs, on this screen: http://d.pr/i/Ehhg/2alh10Xx

As I can see at the moment, I am forced to add a category, listing and tag base URL name that will be embebed in all URL's.
If I add something it will take effect in the URLs. If I leave it blank, it will add automatically a pre-defined Base URL.
How can we remove all Base URL tags from there?

At the end, I would like to have something like this: http://www.website.com/parent-category (instead of http://www.website.com/category-base/parent-category)

I already made ALL listings show their parent and child categories like: http://www.website.com/category-base...tegory/listing - however I need to remove all "category-base" and "listing-base" from all URL's.

Any help please?
