resend signup emails

This may be more of a general wordpress question.
After wondering why so many of my signups havent posted- I found out that yahoo and hotmail are junk mailing my signup emails. I had my host add domain keys and some other stuff to help it get through.
Now I'd like to resend the signup email (name and password) to my users. I dont see how to do that.
Any ideas?
