Thread: Serious issue. Email notification on new ad submission

    Serious issue. Email notification on new ad submission

    Hello everyone,

    1. User receives confirmation email for new ClassiPress account creation. Good ✓
    User does NOT receive email for new ad submission, Why ? ✖ Classipress>Emails>General>"Send an email on new ad submissions" is ticked

    2. Gmail - new Classipress account creation, email notification goes to Inbox. Good ✓
    Outlook - new Classipress account creation email notification goes to Spam folder. Why ? ✖


    If anyone can help me with these 2 issues, that would be greatly appreciated.
