Setting different image size for normal and featured ad listing

Hi again. Is there a way to have different image sizes for featured and normal ads? I want the featured banner ads to stand out from the normal listings.

All the images are Rectangular and vertically long. When I test adding a square or horizontal long image it doesn't resize automatically. One image stays long and the other as a thumbnail size image. How do I change settings so that whichever orientation the person posts in, it will all look even.

And where is the adding sponsored ad setting. How do I add the sponsored ad and banner ad details and description without adding any codes?

How do I have sponsored ads showing on home page?
