Setting a URL when enabling Paypal IPN

Hi there, just a short and easy question.

I've just setup a paypal account and when enabling IPN it asked for a URL but I have not seen this mentioned in the help.

I entered:-

mydomain/wp-content/themes/classipress/includes/gateways/paypal/ipn.php

would this be correct?

Edit: Found the answer after checking the new install docs as this was an upgrade. Sorry.
