Side bar contact poster form to send message to admin only, never to poster.

Please help, on my site, I would like buyers to use the side bar contact poster form to inquire about the listing but the message should never be sent to the ad poster, it should come to me - then I will contact the ad poster myself. On our site, posters only list what they have, we handle the communication with the buyers, posters deliver the item in our office, they never meet the buyers.

Also I see where to rename "Email" field into Mobile number, but the field performs a check to make sure it is a valid email, where do I disable this so the field can be used for mobile number, we do not need buyer's email ID's.
