Single Ad Page Disfigured

I have two websites currently used identical Classipress Themes in relation to small mods, however, one of them has suddenly decided it does not like the single-ad sidebar and wants to put it underneath...

Now, to me, the first thing I did was suspect a dodgy file, so I replaced it and yet, no difference, it is still a mess - any ideas anyone?

I have spent HOURS on this, re-installing Wordpress, re-installing Classipress and all to no avail.

1. All plugins were disabled, it had no effect and both sites use identical plugins.

2. All files on both sites are IDENTICAL - I have checked thoroughly.

The only other thing is something corrupted in the database or maybe some dodgy content in one of the profiles -

Ideas, Suggestions or a Solution much appreciated....
