Some alignments (CSS?) in the topright corner

Hi there,

I have some issues with slight design-"defunctions".
Please refer to the attached screenshot.

1) I would like to align the graphic (avatar) and the text (admin) horisontally, so that the text is moved op to the center of the avatar.
2) I would like to align the text along the red bar.
3) I would like to have a nice frame around 1 and 3 like there is one around "Join" and "Login" when logged out.

When logged out there is more space between the plus-sign and "NEW AD" then between the plus-sign and "Join". Can I somehow fix that?
