Some image thumbnails don't get generated - after classifieds migration

good morning,

I have just moved Outlived.co.uk over to a dedicated server.

1 of the problems I am having is >> in some cases image thumbnails are generated, but in the most cases they aren't:

At the beginning I thought: "ok, it must be a gif image" (classipress has got problems with generating thumbnails for gifs), but it appeared to be a jpg :/

The last thing would be to reinstall the classipress as I have done loads of modifications #lazy

could there be a quick fix?
