    Sometimes Paypal Payments Never Update

    Sometimes we get people paying for premium ads via paypal and the Pending status never updates. I check the IPN history and no entry exists which means Paypal didn't know to send any IPN info back. It does with some ads, not others. Any ideas why this might happen?
