Starting a new project - should I use Version 3.1-RC1 or Version 3.0.5.4 (latest)
Hi everyone,

I'm starting a new project and was wondering would it be better to start the website using Version 3.1-RC1 or Version 3.0.5.4 (latest).

Your input will be appreciated
