Hi, i just bought your theme - looks fantastic!

1rst, i`d like to know how can i block the comments on the static page?
look like here: http://tiny.pl/qxgsh , its static page there will be some contact informations, id like to globaly block the comments in "pages".

2nd question, is there any contact form box included? (to send e-mails from contact page)

3rd - if all my ads will have same region and country, is it possible to make it default?
