Submit button on registration page disappeared
Hey there,

A bit of an urgent issue, we're developing a site for as customer here: http://trade4trade.co.nz up till 24 hours ago the registration page was just looking normal. Now the submit button has disappeared and also the strength indicator isn't working properly. Also noticed a couple of spam registrations even though we have installed Google reCaptcha. Could somebody have hacked into the site?

Any help is welcome.
