Table Missing - wp_p2p' doesn't exist

Hello,

When a user submits an Ad it stopped redirecting to Paypal to make the payment. The order summary page shows as 0.

I am also getting an error message when I try to approve the Ad listings as

[Table 'dbname_wrdp53.wp_p2p' doesn't exist]
SELECT wp_posts.*, wp_p2p.* FROM wp_posts INNER JOIN wp_p2p WHERE 1=1

I re-uploaded the theme files but no changes.

Any way to recreate the tables?
