Tax Charge Problem

My website runs on wp4.2.2. with classipres 3.4.1
And i encountered the following problems.

We offer 4 differed ad-packs on our website.
1 free and are 3 payable, ranging from Є 1 to € 2,25
According to Dutch tax laws we charge 21% tax.
However this only works correctly on full euro prices.

Assuming the problem had something to do whit other plugins or the recent update to WP4.2.2, I fell back to a testing website running on WP4.2 with classipress 3.4 and the pluggin invoices. Unfortunately I encountered the same problems.

I think that the screenshots tell the whole story, maybe I made a simple mistake that is easily correctable.
Hope anyone can help me...
