Translation Question

Hi,

I am using the latest version of Classipress and want to translate the site into different languages, but I want the end user to be able to select the language they want to view the site in, so for example, if someone goes to the website and they only speak Spanish, either using a drop down menu or a link on the page, they can select Spanish. Can this be done? As I know this is possible with other themes. I don't want the site to be permanently in the another language, only when it is selected by the user.
