Trying To Assign Ad Packs Per Category Not Sure If Its Possible

Hi, Finally Getting Round To Ad Packs Especially Here, And Have Read Numerous Threads That Are Old And Has Been A Few Years Now.

But Either I Am Doing Something Wrong Or Its Just Not Possible.

But If I create A Membership, That Will Let The User Create Tons Of Ads, Personally I Do Not Want One User Posting Ads For Other People If You Can Understand. So I Decided On Ad Packs Fixed Price Per Ad.

So I Created 2 Ad Packs One Cheap For A Certain Category And One Dearer. But What I Can See Is That The User Could Easily Choose The Cheaper One And Post Into The Dearer One.

Can Any One Understand My Point Or Am I Not Doing Something Correct.
