Trying to set up Classified Listing Form Fields

1. REQUIRED FORM FIELDS - I am targeting my classipress site to a certain geographic location, and I won't be needing the state or country as a "required" field. Is there a way make it not required? I don't need the maps to work with a post should the user not enter his complete address.

2. PRICE FIELD - I would like a list of three radio button (selecting one will be required) as follows:
* $ (text box)
* Free
* Please Contact

3. FEATURED LISTING - Is there an easy way to get rid of the featured listings bar temporarily? Also the new/popular/random bar on bottom?
